Meat cutter — Daviess County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Daviess County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Meals and transport allowance provided.
