Renovation plasterer — Duchesne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Duchesne County, Utah. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Your main tasks: • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work We offer $5,750 per project plus benefits.
