Vacancy available: powder coating line operator (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Henderson County, Tennessee. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
