Ideal candidate: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine You will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash.
