Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turner in Callahan County, Texas. You will be based in a tool room. You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Day to day you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
