Production line operator — Alameda County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line operator in Alameda County, California. The job is in a textile mill. You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills On the job you will handle: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
