Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Day-to-day duties: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
