Now hiring: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in McDowell County, West Virginia. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench.
