Great opportunity: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Carroll County, Tennessee. You should have: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Willing to travel between sites • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations 6+ years on the tools preferred.
