Structural MIG welder • Monroe County, West Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Monroe County, West Virginia. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings On the job you will handle: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
