Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Franklin County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
