Roofing foreman — Nottingham

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Nottingham, England. Day-to-day duties: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling Requirements: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
