Finishing plasterer — Hancock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Hancock County, West Virginia. The job is on a busy domestic building site. Your main tasks: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Rotating shifts.
