Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Lee County, Kentucky. You will work in a tool room. Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On a typical shift you will load and index turning tools in the turret; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; write and edit G-code programs at the control; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear.
