House painter — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a house painter in Washington County, Nebraska. Requirements: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Own brushes and basic hand tools Day-to-day duties: • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
