Vertical transportation technician wanted in Arenac County

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Arenac County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
