Immediate opening: waterproofing applicator (Delaware)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in New Castle County, Delaware. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam The role involves: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Full-time with occasional weekends.
