Excavator operator • Sumner County, Kansas

Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in Sumner County, Kansas. The job is in an open-cast mine. You will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; check for underground cables and services before digging; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience.
