Argon welder — Worth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Worth County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
