Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Greenlee County, Arizona. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
