Abattoir worker — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Douglas County, Colorado. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
