Safety inspector wanted in Goodhue County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety inspector in Goodhue County, Minnesota. The job is at a manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Six days a week, one day off.
