Baker wanted in Durham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Durham County, North Carolina. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
