Surface coating operator — Pueblo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Pueblo County, Colorado. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
