Urgent requirement: prep cook (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Creek County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
