CNC mill setter-operator — Karasuwa

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Karasuwa, Yobe State. Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦100,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
