Site carpenter — Coal County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site carpenter in Coal County, Oklahoma. The job is in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
