Immediate opening: we are hiring a pressman in Jefferson County, Washington. You will be based at a garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
