Urgent requirement: backhoe loader operator (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Lynn County, Texas. You will work at a plant hire yard. Your main tasks: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Check for underground cables and services before digging Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
