In-process quality controller • Willacy County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Willacy County, Texas. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. You will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
