Refrigeration and AC technician — Manatee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Manatee County, Florida. You will be based in shopping malls and office buildings. You should have: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred The role involves: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
