Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Part-time with flexible hours.
