Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
