Insulation installer — Roanoke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation installer in Roanoke County, Virginia. You will be based at a cold storage facility. Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges You will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
