Vacancy available: falsework carpenter (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Butler County, Alabama. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. Day to day you will de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
