Floor and wall tile fitter — Alexander County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Alexander County, Illinois. Day to day you will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas. What we are looking for: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
