The role involves operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. You should have: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
