Excavator operator wanted in Rabun County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Rabun County, Georgia. You will be based on a housing development site. On a typical shift you will carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. Ideal candidate: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Full-time, day shift.
