Fry cook — Tate County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Tate County, Mississippi. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
