You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling On a typical shift you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection.
