Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Patani, Delta State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦140,000 per month, based on your experience.
