Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Runnels County, Texas. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
