Crane rigger • Mason County, Washington

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane rigger in Mason County, Washington. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. Day to day you will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; read lift plans and method statements before starting; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Confident with standard crane hand signals 2+ years on the tools preferred.
