Insulation worker — Chicot County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation worker in Chicot County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications The role involves spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
