Groundworker — Schuylkill County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundworker in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The role involves backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Performance bonus on top of base pay.
