Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Carter County, Tennessee. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
