Immediate opening: head baker (North Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Adams County, North Dakota. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
