Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Bryan County, Georgia. The job is at a garment factory. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory On a typical shift you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron.
