Now hiring: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Morgan County, Illinois. Day to day you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops. Requirements: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience 6+ years on the tools preferred.
