Industrial sewing operator — Wapello County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Wapello County, Iowa. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently You will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish.
